The Best Sleep for Everyday Full and Wholesome Living
The universe dedicates a time of sleep for all living things called night. The moon’s humble light is perfectly made to invite sleep routinely because sleep is that important in wellbeing. It is a crucial part of life, says the universe.
Our bodies get to be as active as the sun is bright, only to be as inactive as the moon’s light is humble. The inactive part is as important as the active part of living because that inactive part is what determines how active we will be.
It is thus important to ensure you participate in sleep in a way that is fruitful for living out your life. It is beneficial to see sleep as a thing you perform, and thus a thing you can perform either good or bad at.
The best sleep is had when your sleep goes undisturbed throughout the night. You need to achieve all stages of sleep from light sleep to deep sleep to rapid eye movement (REM) sleep, which is the sleep goal.
This sleep process going undisturbed will ensure you are fresh and full of energy in the morning. To ensure healthy sleep every night, it is best to establish a sleep routine. A sleep routine will be able to establish quality sleep as a habitual act.
Your mind will be trained to get into sleep mode at an appropriately fixed time that will have you recharge efficiently nightly.
Tips for a Healthy Sleep Routine
Have your night routine involve refraining from eating heavy or any meals a few (3-4) hours before bed to help the body rest instead of digesting food. Personally, I found that if I eat within 3 to 4 hours before I sleep, and the food is junk food, I will have a psychological nightmare. A nightmare that is deeply disturbing. Though if I happened to have eaten a fruit, I won’t have a nightmare. If I haven’t eaten for hours by the time I sleep, I will have deep undisturbed sleep as opposed to having eaten a fruit which will break my sleep. Learn yourself.
Create a bedroom environment that promotes uninterrupted sleep by having a pre-sleep routine that is calming and relaxing and eases you effortlessly into sleep mode. For example, instead of being on social media, read a book. Or pick a podcast with a soothing host and soothing content that you can listen to nightly as part of your sleep routine. A bath for me will knock me right out.
After doing your traditional night routine like brushing your teeth before bed and taking a shower (depending on your preferences), ensure that you use the loo as well to encourage REM sleep, which is the deepest part of sleep and is therefore the sleep goal.
How to Encourage Efficient Sleep
Truth is sleep is made perfect differently for you and the next person. You might know that it takes a soft pillow or a silk or cotton pillowcase and soft sheets. It all comes down to the soul’s preference of what it prioritizes.
Another may require a comfortable duvet cover for their mind and body to truly engage in comfort and rest. The level of rest a person will be able to get from their night sleep is also determined by how aware they are of themselves.
Are you aware that you refrained from eating anything before bed? How busy was your day? The quality of sleep is determined also by how much activity was had during the day. To have efficient and healthy sleep, it is essential to be active during the day. Did you get exercise? Did you nap during your day? All these factors lead to the quality of your sleep or lack of quality of your sleep.
As needed as your actions are, your inaction is needed as well. In fact, if you go 24 to 48+ hours without sleep you are likely to trigger a mental disorder called sleep deprivation psychosis, which has the same symptoms as schizophrenia. I’ve actually had it. I went completely insane. I was hospitalized and came back to my rightful mind probably within a time span of a year. Luckily for me it was my spiritual awakening as I am your enlightened blogger today.

Take heed of the balance of the universe, night and day, left eye and right eye, cold and hot, etc., as these are all intentional realities because the fabric of the universe can’t be anything else but itself. So, the level of busyness you are in a day will translate to the level of stillness you will be in at night in sleep.
There is a great manifestation of how important it is to keep up with the ever-moving earth and universe by being active to provide the opportunity to be in deep sleep so that your body rejuvenates from the day because a new day is coming and indeed that is why we have night-time. This sleep cycle, as the cycle of the sun and moon, is the very life we are here to live and enjoy as long as we are on the earth as created by the Almighty Creator.
