Confusion vs Simplicity in Our Daily Lives
Where there is confusion, there is darkness, for one only does not see clearly in the dark. Confusion is having turned away from simplicity by embracing many facts, instead of embracing the truth. The truth is simple and true, while facts say Pluto is a planet one decade, and the next decade not. Facts change like the weather; they move according to the environment, and according to newfound knowledge, and there are endless amounts of things to know, aren’t there?
Do Not Live By Facts, Live By Truth
Facts are confused, the truth is simple. Life is manifested simplicity. No matter how grand you want your life to be, escaping the simplicity of life can be synonymous to torture, for it can never change that in life one eats with their mouth, walks with legs, and that desired grandeur cannot exceed the beauty of the simplicity of the body and the senses.
Even replacing these senses is most successful when they function closest to the original design. That is to say, no matter where you go, no matter who you are, you must wash or you will stink, you must poop or soon enough you’ll be hospitalized, and you can only have life from within your body, this is the simplicity of life. A turning away from simplicity can almost always be synonymous with an undesirable circumstance.
Why Run Away From Simplicity?
Why not embrace simplicity? Seeing someone at a revered location makes you think that somehow, they are not breathing through their nostrils anymore, or that they have ceased to be human and have become some kind of a god. And being simple is a thing you absolutely cannot accept, because people are busy turning to gods right before your eyes, and are living a reality that is unattainable for you, because it is out of this world? If you see absolutely anyone doing anything or being anywhere, it is because they are human just like you.
Do not be confused, there is only one God who walked the earth 2025 years ago. Understand that no moment, or location, or plate of food can make life more than what it is to everyone. Only spiritual oneness with the Lord can make you walk in His divine nature. I understand that material possessions come in different qualities, and this can inform your experience, making it better than or worse than, but this is the secret of life: you make your experience what it is. Meaning, it won’t matter being in a 5-star hotel bed and sheets if you decide to (emotionally and mentally) be miserable, you will be miserable.
Simplicity of Life
In the same way, you can have the most fun of your life in a motel, if ever you decide that you actually can. Hypothetically, I probably would decide not to have the most fun in a motel because of constantly thinking of germs, since it’s implied that motels are inclined to be less cared for since they are cheaper. No doubt there are good ones, but even if I were in the best motel, I wonder if I would let how motels are perceived make me miserable though in a perfectly clean motel. And that’s my point.
As long as you are aware of not being in danger, it can tend to be that no matter how desirable or undesirable your external environment is, how good or bad your moment is dependent on you, still.
A miserable life is a life that hates simplicity. Because then, everything must be grand and big, but one will find that having everything grand and big does not give them anything quite out of the ordinary—out of the reality of life. And this can be depressing and make one feel hopeless and miserable, all because they do not want to accept that life is simple. Like wanting to walk on the sun as one would walk on the moon, you cannot force the sun not to be a sphere of fire. Life is what it is, and you cannot change that, lest you are in the divine nature like Jesus Christ, through the Spirit of Christ
The Light Kills Confusion
See, I want my life (and in a lot of ways it already is), to be divine, divine as in supernatural in the light of Jehovah. But I understand that the physical world cannot give me this reality, only by being spiritually in the light can I begin to attain this and manifest it in the physical world. The physical world is a reflection of your spiritual reality. If you are confused and in the dark spiritually, then that will be your reality in your physical life. Because you are a spirit being, that is who and where you are.
Only Christ is the Light of the world, and so only He can make you the light of the world. You will be the light of the world by spiritually being in the light—spiritually being in Christ, and that will be how you are the light of the world physically in the material world. Fighting to be light from the physical world is like trying to clean a window with mud. The window just won’t be clean. You are a spirit, and who you are as existing in the light is how what you do will be in the light, which will mean the absence of confusion in all facets of life.
